Self Made Hub Membership

Effective Date: February 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Self Made Hub Membership and all-in-one software platform (“Services”). By subscribing to, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Overview

Self Made Hub provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to support business operations, including but not limited to automations, workflows, landing pages, CRM tools, email marketing, SMS campaigns, and related features. The platform operates as a white-labeled service built on third-party infrastructure, including Go High Level (GHL).

2. Membership Responsibilities

By becoming a member, you agree to the following obligations:

2.1 Timely Payment

Membership fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Payments must be made on time to maintain uninterrupted access to the Services.

2.2 Compliance with Laws and Policies

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

2.3 Marketing & Communication Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable marketing laws, including but not limited to:

CAN-SPAM Act (U.S.) – Accurate sender information, valid physical address, and unsubscribe mechanisms

TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) – Prior express written consent for SMS communications

GDPR (EU) – Lawful processing of personal data and consent management

Anti-Spam Regulations – No unsolicited bulk communications

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Self Made Hub immediately of any unauthorized use.

2.5 Templates & Intellectual Property

Templates, workflows, snapshots, and proprietary tools provided by Self Made Hub are the intellectual property of the company and may not be transferred, resold, shared, or redistributed outside of the platform unless explicitly contracted for a custom build.

3. Services Provided

As a Self Made Hub member, you receive access to:

A suite of SaaS tools for CRM, automation, landing pages, email and SMS marketing

Educational resources and training materials

24/7 live technical support for urgent issues and standard business-hour support for non-urgent matters

4. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership

4.1 Templates, Snapshots, and Proprietary Tools

All templates, workflows, snapshots, automations, and pre-designed materials (“Hub Content”) are the exclusive property of Self Made Hub. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Hub Content solely within the platform during an active membership.

Unauthorized copying, modification, redistribution, resale, or derivative use of Hub Content is strictly prohibited.

Upon cancellation or transfer, only content independently created by the member or content contractually built by Self Made Hub for the member may be eligible for export, subject to review and applicable fees.

4.2 User Data Ownership

Members retain ownership of data they upload or generate (e.g., contact lists, metrics). Members are responsible for exporting any desired data prior to account termination. Post-cancellation access is limited.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. Access remains active through the end of the billing period.

5.2 Termination by Self Made Hub

Self Made Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, spam activity, non-compliance with laws, or non-payment.

5.3 Post-Cancellation Access and Data Transfer (Updated)

Access to the platform and its tools terminates upon membership expiration. All proprietary templates, snapshots, workflows, and Hub Content remain the exclusive property of Self Made Hub and are non-transferable.

Self Made Hub does not transfer accounts, data, assets, workflows, or snapshots to any third-party agency under any circumstances. The only supported transition option is an ejection of the account directly back to the Go High Level (HighLevel) platform. Members may then independently contract with HighLevel or another agency.

If a member wishes to export independently created content or content contractually built for them, a written request must be submitted within 30 days of termination. A $500 processing fee applies. Eligible exports exclude all proprietary Hub Content.

Approved requests are processed within 14 business days after receipt of payment.

5.4 Arbitration for Cancellation Disputes

Disputes related to cancellation or termination are subject to binding arbitration as outlined in Section 13.

6. Support and Platform Availability

6.1 Technical Support

Members have access to 24/7 urgent technical support and standard business-hour support for non-urgent matters.

6.2 Platform Availability

While Self Made Hub strives for 99% uptime, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. The platform relies on third-party infrastructure, including but not limited to Go High Level, Cloudflare, carriers, and hosting providers. Self Made Hub is not liable for outages, delays, or failures originating from external services beyond its control.

7. Prohibited Activities

Members may not:

Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Reverse-engineer, duplicate, or exploit platform components

Share login credentials outside their organization

Send spam or violate marketing laws

Self Made Hub reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive or non-compliant behavior.

8. No Legal, Financial, or Compliance Advice

Self Made Hub provides software tools, templates, education, and general business training only. Nothing within the platform, training materials, support communications, or templates constitutes legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice. Members are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Self Made Hub, its owners, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, fines, penalties, or legal fees arising from:

Your use or misuse of the Services

Violations of marketing, privacy, or data laws

Content, messages, offers, or campaigns you create or distribute

Third-party claims related to your business operations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Self Made Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

User errors or misconfigurations

Legal non-compliance by members

Failures or disruptions caused by third-party platforms or infrastructure

Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

11. Force Majeure

Self Made Hub is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, internet outages, governmental actions, carrier failures, or third-party service interruptions.

12. Modifications to Terms

Self Made Hub may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Oakland County, Michigan, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). No class or collective actions are permitted.

14. Survival

Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law shall survive termination of membership.

15. Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to Self Made Hub, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
