INTRODUCING THE SOCIAL MARKETERS AUTOMATION PLATFORM & MEMBERSHIP

SELF-MADE Fulfillment Policy

1. Immediate Access to Digital Content

Upon successful registration, you will receive immediate access to your SELF-MADE digital membership, including any included training, resources, templates, and platform features. Access begins immediately at checkout.

Because access is delivered instantly, all purchases are considered “fulfilled” upon delivery of access.


2. 14-Day Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new members. During the trial period, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Trial Eligibility: Free trials are limited to one per person / business / household. We reserve the right to revoke access if we detect misuse or repeated trial activity.


3. Automatic Billing & Membership Renewal

If you do not cancel during your free trial, your membership will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method on file will be charged on the 15th day.

Memberships are subscription-based and will continue to renew automatically unless canceled prior to your next billing date.

This applies to both:

Monthly memberships (renewed each month), and/or

Annual memberships (renewed each year, depending on the plan selected)

4. Cancellations, Downgrades, and Upgrades

After your trial period, you may cancel, downgrade, or upgrade your membership at any time.

How to Cancel

You are responsible for canceling your membership by either:

canceling directly inside your account dashboard Settings -> Billing , or

emailing our support team at [email protected]

Cancellations are not considered official through social media messages, comments, or verbal requests.

When Changes Take Effect

Any cancellation, downgrade, or upgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

🚫 No prorations: We do not provide partial refunds or prorated credits for mid-cycle cancellations or plan changes.


5. No Refunds Policy (Digital Membership)

Once your membership is billed, all payments are final.

Due to the nature of instant-access digital products and platform access, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

lack of use

“not what I expected”

forgetting to cancel

business changes

technical learning curve or implementation delays

6. Coaching Programs (All Sales Final)

Any coaching programs, trainings, workshops, and implementation offers purchased through SELF-MADE are non-refundable.

All coaching program payments are final regardless of participation, attendance, or completion.

Please note: our 24/7 tech support covers platform-related support and troubleshooting.

Response times for billing/account-specific support may take up to 72 business hours, especially during holidays or high-volume seasons.


8. Email & SMS Delivery Disclaimer

You are responsible for maintaining accurate email and phone contact information inside your account.

Please note that delivery of emails and texts can be impacted by third-party carriers and email providers (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, mobile networks). While we make every effort to support deliverability, delivery cannot be guaranteed.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage members to reach out to our support team directly at [email protected] for billing concerns before filing a dispute.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we reserve the right to:

immediately suspend access to your membership and/or platform

remove access to programs, bonuses, and services associated with the purchase

pause active support until the dispute is resolved

If you filed a dispute in error and would like us to assist with cancellation or account updates, we may request that the chargeback be canceled before further action is taken.

10. Policy Updates

SELF-MADE reserves the right to update or modify this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or communicated via email. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
