1.1 Each Program is open to affiliates approved by the Company. Existing affiliates already active in the Company's affiliate program are automatically eligible for the Programs covered by this Agreement and no separate application is required.

1.2 The Company reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any Affiliate from any Program at its sole discretion, with or without cause.

1.3 Affiliate accepts this Agreement by checking the required box at signup or by signing this document. No separate signed document is required for individual Programs once this Agreement is accepted.

Affiliate may not, in connection with any Program covered by this Agreement:

• Purchase paid advertising (including but not limited to Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, or any other paid ad platform) to promote any Program or Affiliate Link. Paid advertising is not permitted for any Program covered by this Agreement.
• Combine a discount or promo code with an Affiliate Link on the same transaction. Any sale in which a discount code is used in combination with an Affiliate Link is not commissionable, regardless of Program.
• Use spam or unsolicited communication to promote any Program.
• Misrepresent the Company, its Programs, its team, or its products.
• Use misleading, offensive, or illegal advertising methods.
• Bid on the Company's branded keywords in paid advertising campaigns.
• Use any Company trademarks, logos, or intellectual property outside of the approved Materials.
• Make income claims or guarantees, or use language such as "guaranteed results," "passive income," or similar promises when promoting any Program.

3.1 The Company will provide approved promotional materials ("Materials") inside the affiliate portal for Affiliate's use. Affiliate may not alter the Materials without prior written consent from the Company.

3.2 Materials may only be used to promote the Company's Programs. Unauthorized use or misrepresentation is grounds for immediate removal from all Programs.

4.1 All rights to Company trademarks, logos, and promotional content remain the sole property of the Company.

4.2 Affiliate grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Affiliate's name for promotional purposes related to any Program.

5.1 Each Program uses tracking cookies to attribute sales to the Affiliate. Cookie windows are set per Program in Sections 9, 10, and 11.

5.2 If a customer clicks multiple Affiliate Links prior to purchase, the most recent link within the applicable cookie window receives the commission.

5.3 Commissions are only earned on completed sales tracked through the Company's affiliate tracking system and attributed to the Affiliate's unique link. No manual adjustments will be made for tracking errors.

5.4 Affiliate's own purchases, and purchases by the Affiliate's household or business accounts, are not commissionable under any Program.

6.1 Payments are processed via PayPal for all Programs. Affiliate is responsible for providing and maintaining accurate payment details inside the affiliate portal.

6.2 Affiliate must submit all required tax forms (W-9 or W-8BEN) before any payment is issued under any Program.

6.3 Program-specific payout schedules and thresholds are set in Sections 9, 10, and 11.

7.1 This Agreement begins upon Affiliate's acceptance and continues until terminated by either party or until every Program covered by this Agreement is discontinued by the Company.

7.2 The Company may terminate this Agreement, remove Affiliate from any or all Programs, or discontinue any or all Programs entirely, at any time, with or without cause.

7.3 Upon termination, Affiliate must cease using all Materials and remove all references to the Programs from their platforms within 7 days.

7.4 Affiliate will receive earned commissions for sales completed before the termination date, subject to the refund and clawback windows described in Sections 9, 10, and 11.

8.1 Confidentiality. Affiliate agrees to keep all non-public information shared by the Company confidential and to use it only for participation in the Programs.

8.2 Liability. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Affiliate's participation in any Program.

8.3 Indemnification. Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of Affiliate's breach of this Agreement.

8.4 Modifications. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation in any Program after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8.5 Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Michigan, USA.

Commission Structure

9.1 Affiliate earns 100% of the ticket price for every 5-Day Challenge ticket sold through their unique Affiliate Link, regardless of tier (General Admission at $47, VIP at $97, or Platinum at $197).

9.2 Commission is calculated on the price actually paid by the customer, after any allowed discounts and before payment processing fees. Tickets purchased using a discount code in combination with an Affiliate Link are not commissionable (see Section 2).

Cookie Window

9.3 Tracking cookies for the Challenge Program last 60 days from the initial click on the Affiliate Link.

Payout Terms

9.4 Challenge commissions are issued 14 days after the applicable Challenge concludes, once the refund window for that Challenge has closed.

9.5 There is no minimum payout threshold for Challenge commissions. A single ticket sale qualifies for payout.

9.6 Refunds, chargebacks, or cancelled tickets will result in a reversal of the associated commission.

Commission Structure

10.1 Hub commissions apply to Self-Made Hub membership sales only. Affiliate earns:

• Level 1: 30% of gross revenue from customers directly referred by the Affiliate using their unique Affiliate Link.
• Level 2: 10% of gross revenue from customers referred by Level 1 Affiliates in the Affiliate's downline.

10.2 Hub commissions are recurring for as long as the referred customer remains an active, paying member.

10.3 Commissions are calculated after any allowed discounts and before payment processing fees. Sales in which a discount code is combined with an Affiliate Link are not commissionable (see Section 2).

10.4 Additional spiffs or bonuses on Hub-related promotions may be paid at the sole discretion of the Company.

Cookie Window

10.5 Tracking cookies for the Hub Program last 365 days from the initial click on the Affiliate Link.

Payout Terms

10.6 Hub commissions are issued monthly, on the 15th day of each month, provided the total owed exceeds $50 USD. Unpaid balances roll over to the next payment period.

10.7 Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or unpaid transactions will result in a reversal of the associated commission.

Commission Structure

11.1 Affiliate earns a one-time flat commission of $250 USD for each new Tech Savvy School enrollment referred through their unique Affiliate Link. Tech Savvy School commissions are Level 1 only. There is no Level 2 commission on TSS enrollments.

11.2 For enrollments paid in full at purchase, the $250 commission is earned on the completed purchase.

11.3 For enrollments on a payment plan, the full $250 commission is earned on the first successful payment. The Company is not obligated to pay additional commission on subsequent installments.

11.4 Sales in which a discount code is combined with an Affiliate Link are not commissionable (see Section 2).

11.5 Tracking cookies for the Tech Savvy School Program last 365 days from the initial click on the Affiliate Link.

Payout Terms

11.6 Tech Savvy School commissions are issued on the 15th of the month following the close of the 30-day refund window. For example, a purchase completed on April 10 clears its refund window on May 10 and pays out on May 15.

11.7 Tech Savvy School enrollments carry a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. If a referred customer refunds within that window, the $250 commission is subject to clawback. If the commission has already been paid before the refund is processed, the amount will be deducted from the Affiliate's next scheduled payout, or invoiced directly if no future commissions are pending.

11.8 Chargebacks after the 30-day refund window will also result in a reversal of the associated commission.
